POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-Heather Rankin

An intimate concert with one of Cape Breton's super stars & multi-award winning Heather Rankin.  

She is a singer, a songwriter, an actor and a member of the 6X Juno Award winning band The Rankin Family. As a solo artist Heather has released two albums, A Fine Line (ECMA/Juno Nom.) and Imagine. Her music video for “We Walk As One” (directed by Scott Simpson) was nominated for ECMA’s Fan’s Choice Video of the Year in 2017 and her music video for “Titanically” (directed by Thom Fitzgerald) was nominated for ECMA and Music Nova Scotia Awards for Video of the Year in 2018. She has performed her solo shows in venues across the Maritimes, Ontario and Alberta, including headlining the Lunenburg Folk Harbour Festival, hosting Songwriters’ Circles at ECMA Week and performing at Hugh Room’s Live in Toronto. She was named a Canada 150 Ambassador in 2017 and took part in the Canada C3 Expedition on Leg 2 between Montréal and Baie Comeau. She has recorded and performed with many artists including The Chieftains, Johnny Reid and Carly Simon.
