GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL OUR CONCERTS AT STONECROPACRES

  1. Address is: 5242 Smiths Road Morrisburg, Ontario.

  2. You need to bring a LAWN CHAIR to the events. Whether we are inside or outside chairs are needed. During fall and winter months we are inside. The winery has some chairs but not enough so it is important to bring them.

  3. From April through to October we strive to hold the events outside. You need to dress for the weather. We can move smaller events inside during these months if the weather doesn't cooperate but we can't move larger events inside. (capacity).

  4. In the spring, summer and early fall: on the day of a concert the winery kitchen close early to accommodate PRE-CONCERT dinners. You have to reserve for this by visiting their website (link below) and holding your spot. During the winter months there are other food options available during the show.

  5. There are no vehicle charging stations onsite. There are Tesla stations available in Morrisburg(approximately 10 minutes away) and other types at the Enroute stations along the 401.

  6. You can pack your own lunch, dinner and NON-ALCOHOLIC beverages to bring to the events but you CANNOT bring alcohol. Bags may be checked at the gate or during an event.

  7. Gate times are always posted online (Facebook and Instagram) and in a followup event email reminder. If we send an event information email please read it because it contains important information.

  8. Ample FREE parking onsite including accessible parking. If you require a drop off location please advise the team when you arrive and we will guide you on drop off and then parking.

Extra information for LARGE events

Large events require more attention for everyone's safety and enjoyment. Below is an overview image outlining where things are located during a large event.

  1. Indoor washrooms are used for women and accessibility only. We ask the men use the portable toilets brought in for larger events.

  2. The winery does not serve their normal menu during large events and food vendors are brought in so that you can enjoy something for the duration of the event. Food vendors will be posted ahead of time and sent out in an email so that you can plan accordingly.

  3. Parking attendants are on the road to guide you to the lots. The small lot on the winery side of the road is reserved on these days for accessible sticker parking only You must have a sticker. If there are other mobility issues and no sticker to park in this lot, there is a gator to pick you up at your car and take you back to it OR a drop off zone is highlighted.

  4. Production and artist areas are off limits when roped off.
